Invisible sim card

Samsung GT15800 Orange/T-mobile or TIM Brasil

Contacts/menu/display options shows no "sim" option, but "phone" appears twice (regardless of which sim card is installed). The contacts are on the sim, I just can't see them, so I had to export them to phone. How to get sim option to appear?
