Invoice2go sync issues

Anyone out there using Invoice2go with their Cloud2go service? I'm having sync issues, where document (i.e. invoice, estimate) numbers get out of sync between my Android device and their cloud storage, and their support seems unable to understand what the issue is, much less how to fix it. I was relatively happy with the app until I started using the Cloud2go service, and am considering ditching it and getting a refund, and going back to standalone mode, or creating more work for myself and going with an entirely different product.

Syncing is not really working as soon as you run it. There is always delays between devices even though using cloud service

Given the age of this thread, your limited number of posts, I have to ask - are you affiliated with the developer in any way? If so, I'd like to keep this discussion going. Not that I want to ignore you otherwise, but absent inside information I don't see any real benefit of reviving this thread.

Edit: never mind. I read your other post and it's apparent that you're an end user like me.
