iOS to Android Music Questions

I'm making the long overdue switch to Android from Apple and have several questions regarding music.

I'm getting either a Note 7 or S7 Edge and understand that Samsung has a great utility to transfer music - correct ?

For ringtones I saw something about moving them over to the new phone and renaming them to *.mp4a - is that correct ?

What is the best app to play music ?

What is the best place to buy and download music ?

yes .... USB transmission cable, communicate via the cloud, download directly from your mobile browser - you are now no restrictions. You are free)

you can use this format. But this is optional. Any format is suitable for use. There is an option - to set the track to the ringtone (MP3 AAC Flaccus - does not matter)

best app? - subjective issue. Native Samsung app copes with this task greatly.
