Help IP Address problem

At work we have two wireless routers one at both ends of the building, today i haven't been able to connect on either and if i try to connect i get a "obtaining IP address" but it never connects.
My work colleagues can all access the open wireless network and use it with no problem, I had some problems in the morning and could not connect soi hit the "forget" option which probably didn't help.

I have asked some of them for the details and they are

Me - 192.168.1.128
1] - 192.168.1.67
2] - 192.168.1.21
3] - 192.168.1.16

Sub - 255.255.255.0

DNS - 192.168.1.1

If i manually enter any of the 3 addresses above it connects but i cannot get pages to load, on the setting 192.168.1.128 it doesn't even connect.

Also when i view "advanced wi-fi" page i see IP address - unavailable.

I have tried forgetting both networks, rebooted with wifi off and then connected, i have factory reset (i was getting desperate) and nothing has changed.

Before i pull what is left of my hair out could someone help?

I also tried my laptop today and that would not connect, we have rebooted the nearest router and that has not helped.

Edit to add -

I have just tried to connect to a locked router in my area and clicked on "show advanced options" on the screen where it asks for the locked routers password, i have clicked on "static" for the IP setting and it is showing 192.168.1.128 as it was when i tried to connect to the network at work today, should this number be the same whichever router i try to connect to ?

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried turning wifi off and on again? That fixes most of my wifi issues. Failing that a reboot might help.

I have installed Wi-Fi Fixer and will give it a try tomorrow, as its my phone and laptop i am thinking (hoping) its not going to be the phone that is at fault.
