If you've used the IP Webcam app then you know that you can use your android as a webcam and view/control it over a network with a pc. The app itself is pretty cool- being able to view and record a live stream, take pics, and control the led etc.
However I'd like to take this a step further and have additional controls to move the camera/phone. I have the setup working- my phone docked on a small gear/motor driven platform (for panning). It only uses one small motor for pan, does anyone have an idea of how I could manipulate this over a network (through other apps etc).
This guy here http://didicloseit.com/ is using something similar, only to close his garage door.
