IPCamera live streaming with android phone

Hi all,

Hope someone can help me ,

I have a IPCamera with me i.e (H.264 camera).
and i want to show live streaming of that camera on my android cell phone using ip address of IPcamera .

please tell me the proper solution(Source Code).
