iOS version 4.3.5 and modem firmware is 05.16.02

Sorry, don't think there's a untethered JB for that iOS yet.

You would just have to downgrade the firmware to a firmware that can be untethered. i could even do it if you wanted.

Comes with 4.1 iOS/ Modem firmware 05.14.02
