iPhone app I bought.. can it transfer?

So about a week ago I bought the fantasy football app for my iPhone and then my iPhone went bye bye. I just bought the samsung captivate and was wondering if there was a way to transfer my app ( in iTunes) to my android phone so I dont have to pay the 5 dollars again.

No, you cannot transfer iphone bought apps to Android. They are 2 completely different apps on 2 completely different stores.

The only thing to try is to email the app developer, and see if they can give you a credit towards the new android app, but I doubt it

You might try directly contacting the developer and explaining your situation. That's where I would start. You won't be able to simple transfer the app to your new phone as it's a different platform, i.e. iOS vs. Android.
