iPhone Game Data transfer to Nexus 5

I have moved from an iPhone 5 to a Nexus 5. Its awesome, I love this Nexus and the android platform. I do have one question before I clear out my old iPhone. I have game data from my iPhone that I want to move over. Saved game data. How can I do this. I just don't want to have to play the games all the way again or re purchase game stuff again.

Any help would be a appreciated.

Unless the game data is stored on the game's servers in an account that you can use on multiple devices, there is not way to move the game data over. The game data on iOS is stored in a proprietary format and you cannot really access the iOS file system. Unless the app itself has a feature that allows you to keep your game data across devices and platforms, I'm afraid you are out of luck.
