iPhone/iTouch Application "Stick It" ported to android?

There is a really good sticky application out there for the ipod touch called "Stick it". Basically you enter the application and make stickies on a board then save it. It then gets imported as a jpg then you add the jpg to your lockscreen.

I was wondering if there is anything like this on the market? I dont wanna go through over 20 sticky apps looking for one. Or if you can port it to the android? I am running a HTC Hero for Sprint.

Sure. Search for "Color note" on the market. AK Notepad will do it, as well--and it's all less clunky than on the iPhone, too, since you can literally "stick" these notes onto your homescreen, as many of them as you have space to spare.
 
I've tried them all and like color note the best due to simplicity and having both checklists and notes, it works best for me.

However, I think the link you put up shows what I'd like to see it turn into. Something a bit more customizable with different widget sizes, shapes, and styles, not just 1x1 post-it type note.

Thats what im looking for. I had color notes and I didnt like it too much. Had to keep clicking it just to see it, and you cant overlap widgets on the home page. The iphone app is exactly what i am looking for. I mean, i can do it on an ipod touch, then save the pic to my pc then transfer it to my hero and use it as the lockscreen image but that would take too much work overall lol.

Basically all Stick it is, is just a image creator with random pictures with text that you can put over the pictures and then save the picture.

Hmm, the only way I can see doing this on Android is having a dedicated screen with a large 4x4 widget that allows overlapping and different sized notes on that widget. I'm no developer or anything so maybe there's other ways to do it but I agree a cooler note type application would be pretty sweet.

id probably prefer it as a lockscreen anyways. Cus then i just click a button and see what i stickied instead of unlock the phone then swipe to the next screen :p

I never heard of that one. I have been trying to find Shut Up! Application by Smosh. It isn't in the market like they said it was and idk where to find the QR code to scan it. I can't even find it for free let alone pay for it. And that app is really funny lol.

Nothing is more funny then putting a phone in someones face and having it tell you "SHUT UP!" lol.
