Ipod Emulator

One of the things lacking on Droid Eris/Moto Droid is a Decent MP3 Player/organizer.

I absolutely loved my 30gig Ipod Classic as a Music Device. The interface was simple, easy to use and just was a very nice device to use.

That being said, my Ipod is slowly starting to bite the big one, it works but the charge is getting less and less and load times are getting longer and longer

Id like to use my eris as an MP3 Player more, but the stock MP3 just sux
Is there anyway to design an emulator to run the Ipod Classic OS

I think I still have an update for the OS lying around

Somebody made something like this for the iPhone/iPod Touch a few months ago: iClassic: An 'iPod Classic' Player for the iPhone and iPod Touch

Maybe he could bring something like that to Android?

So, what specifically do you not like about the stock android mp3 player, and what do you like about the ipod? Would you want the wheel interface like the ipod classic has, or just the way the music is sorted?

Impossible .. Android OS will reject all Apple related crap

Having said that, I just wish the stock MP3 Player had an equilizer .. other than that its got all the features you might need
