IPTV....should I use on kodi

Please don't all laugh a once.
Using an M8 box now and wondered if I should set up IPTV in my system area of kodi (tick the wee bix). If so what's recommended.

Well, this is an impossible question to answer because we have no idea what kind of TV you like to watch...

Project Cypher TV (Good reliable and high-quality channels.)
Zem TV
MoneySports

LIVE TELLY:
UK Turks (English TV section.)
NotFilmOn (Lots of choices - not always reliable, though.)
Renegades TV Guide (Scrapes multiple IPTV add-ons.)
