is A.I. on 2018 soc that great? need opinion

hello people! thinking whether to buy zenfone 5 lite with Snapdragon 630 without AI or buy the standard version with SD636. i just want new solid performance that can fast charge and with large sharp screen for gaming for cheaper price. im new to AI and for what i read the kirin 970 AI is only used on camera recognition. the SD636 of zenfone 5 can manage charging so you can sleep and leave your phone charging overnight. is zenfone 5 worth choosing over the lite variant because of AI? are there any other benefits of AI? it might not important on AI charging because i hear you cannot overcharge newer phones. please help me choose thank you!

At the moment... I don't think there's much of a benefit in the AI chips... apart from some tweaks in the camera.

So, there are far more important things in picking a phone.

(in the future, when the robot uprising occurs then the AI chips may be a factor in deciding which of us are upgraded, and which are used as spare parts)
