hey hey,
brought a pipo m9 tablet from china and using in Australia.
Original stock android had issues with a couple of site playing local video on their sites and the same problem again when I rooted and flashed a custom rom.
Tried multiple browsers and have flash player installed.
Is this a region thing in android and if so so can it be changed in any way?
