Is anyone else having issues with Verizon cloud on samsung s5

My cloud ever since an update about a month ago with not load photos or videos. It says "Update pending" and then when trying to backup, it says "please sign in."
 
Mine has not worked since the last update.

I set it for once an hour to minimize the error messages,
I think I am just going to disable the whole package and forget it.

I have my contact list backed up locally anyway.

I do not use it for picture storage. Don't trust it.
I keep pictures on my local PC and the extSDcard
