I had to do a firmware upgrade on my Samsung Galaxy Grand mobile after it got stuck on the Samsung logo. After firmware upgrade via Kies, now the phone is working.
But I have lost all important personal data like contacts, my kid's photos, videos etc.,
Is it possible to recover this data in some way?
I had once did a Shift+Del on my laptop of some folders and was able to recover them using some software. Similarly, is there anything for Android?
