Is Google Music the best option?

I was planning on grabbing a 32 or 64gb micro sd and storing my music on there but on another forum people gave me shit for that and told me that there are apps that sync up with an itunes-like program on your computer and play on your phone.

I was told to use Google Music. Is this the best option? I would think it would suck to have to rely on an app to play music. No app is perfect, so you are going to lose connection and therefore your music is going to freeze and not load. Isnt it better to just have it on your phone?

Google music works well. It buffers tracks so even when the signal cuts off, you still have a track or two cached that will play.

The Audio settings are basic. If its sound quality you want, then yes - using your SD card is the best option because they you can buy PowerAmp which is by far the best music player on Android:

There is a trial of it too... But its the best purchase you will ever make if Music is a passion.
