Is it a Pad? Is it a Phone? No, it's a PadPhone!

For some reason, as much as I like tablets, I don't want a phone to be that big, because the phone companies no matter what will over charge you for your phone. I'd just get a tablet, get a mobile data plan, and use apps that let me make it into a phone, like Skype or something. Plug in some ear buds, and I have a phone for $30 a month, rather than $100! I may be planning on doing this with the next generation Nexus 7. I have to find some really solid apps for phone though.
 
Put talkatone on any tablet even the most budget make and you get a free phone with VoIP using your Google Voice account, no need for a data or cellular plan
