Asian and some European S9+ is dual sim dual active. The dual sim version won't work fully in the US or Canada.
No. The S Pen depends on the phone to write on. It's using a special screen that emits an EMP to power the pen. If you're not using a Note phone, S Pen is no go. You can however buy a WACOM Bamboo Finetip that works with any Android phone.
