Help Is it harmful for the display if I'll use glossy scree protector??

I want to use screen protector in my ace. I searched in google, most of them are in glossy, some of them are in matte, but matte protectors are so expensive. So I want to buy glossy. Will it better??

It'll show you reflections, so it may be more harmful to your eyes.

And if you can find 00000 (5 0s - or more) steel wool, you can change a glossy to a matte protector. Just give it a light rub on the side facing you when it's on the phone. (Do it before you install it on the phone and air blast it clean.)
