Is it possible to create a theme for one phone that closely resembles the default of another?

So I got the htc one x shortly after it was released in the US but was not satisfied with some features and got rid of it. The one thing I did really like though was the default theme (im not sure if this is the general definition of 'theme' in this sense, but by theme i mean the feel or the look of the menus, statusbars, lockscreen etc.) I now have the galaxy s3 and was wondering if there is any way to import the default theme from the htc one x onto the s3. As in, can I get the interface of my s3 to look like the interface of htc one x reasonably accurately?

I understand that some may feel that this is a totally useless thing to do but I just feel more comfortable using my device this way.

I would be really appreciative if someone could help me by telling me a) if this is possible and b) if it is, where and how i can get this done on my new s3?
