Help Is It possible to stream videos over bluetooth??

Since the storage on Nexus 7 is so low, I was hoping I could store stuff on my htc evo 3d and stream stuff from the cellphone to the Nexus 7. Is it possible through Bluetooth/Wifi and what would are the best apps available to do this?
