Is it possible to swap motherboards between Galaxy S4 GT-I9502 and I9506?

Hi!
As the title suggests, I am planning on purchasing an I9502 32GB motherboard. My concern is, however, if I can mount the motherboard into a Galaxy I9506 without it having major side-effects.
The I9506 I own is the 16GB version, and I would be very interested in upgrading the memory, instead of upgrading the phone straightaway.

I have read a couple of similar threads, and all of them have the same point:
'Don't do this if you're inexperienced'. OK. So, because of that, I'm only going to ask a theoretical question: Is it possible to swap the motherboards in theory, assuming, that I know how to disassemble the phone correctly without breaking it?

Thanks for the answers in advance!

Good luck with this project, apparently it will be more a good way to learn about phone disassembly/assembly but not so much about upgrading your phone, especially if it's your daily usage phone.

Thanks for the links! They're very helpful!
Anyways...
What I meant by 'upgrading' my phone was the upgrade of memory size and the dual SIM cards, as the 16gb memory gets filled up pretty fast, even with my occasional factory resets.

I'm anyways not going to use the phone for anything other than browsing the net and playing a couple of games.
