Is MixZing EQ fixed for Froyo yet?

At one point, a month or so back, MixZing was reported that the EQ did not work in the background on 2.2. Now that 2.3 is rolling out on the Droid X, I'd like to know if it's working yet otherwise I'll hold off the upgrade as long as possible.

The EQ works fine on my 2.2 with my HTC Evo.
