So I'm conducting very important business on the phone today. This is urgent business and for some reason my calls keep getting dropped. Mind you my EVO has not dropped a phone call since I got it and I sat in the same place and had several conversations before that one with no problem. It's bad too, I mean 10 dropped calls in the space of 5 minutes. I'd call back, other phone goes to voice mail. Some calls would go as soon as we pick up. I'd call back, they'd call back. By this time I'm pissed because this is a very important phone call. Almost went to my business cell to see if it did the same but did not have it handy.
Finally we get back on the phone:
Me: "Is that your phone or mine?"
Them: "I have no idea"
Me: "This is bad, I sure hope it's not my my phone?"
Them: "Yeah this is crazy!"
Me: "Are you on a cell phone?"
Them: "Yes, it's brand new AT&T?"
Me: "Wait.....................It's not an Iphone 4 is it?"
Them: "Yeah"
Me: "HeHeHeHeHeHe.................. "
Them: "What's wrong with that?"
Me: "You can't hold it a certain way or it will lose signal and drop calls"
Them: "I hate this phone"
Me: "Phew, I thought it was my phone for a second"
I told them how not to hold the phone because of the antenna issues and told them to youtube the issue. They then proceed to tell me how everyone they know had hyped up the phone as the best and so they got one. Left Verizon and a Droid for this phone and now hate it. I told them to take it back and wait for new Droid that's coming out on Verizon.
Phone cuts out without disconnecting for a few seconds, call drops again. I'll wait to call back till their on a land line. LOL.
