Help Is my Samsung Galaxy S3's mic damaged?

Hey guys, recently I found a weird problem on my Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300). When I make a call or someone calls me (regardless of the network), I can only hear them talk but they can't hear my voice. I tried testing the microphone through voice and video recording but the mic works very fine. It only goes nuts during calls. I also noticed sometimes when dialing a number and cancels it before someone answers, the Phone interface lags and I can still hear the ring on the receiver even though I already cancelled the call. Can you help me fix these problems? Thanks.

Usually when nobody can hear your voice.......it is the microphone. But because of you other problem i'd try a hard reset first.

I will try what you said. But I already did factory reset and still the same.

I did what you said but the problem still persists. Sometimes when I call or someone calls me, they can hear me but after a few seconds they can't hear me anymore and the call is ended.
