A couple of weeks ago the image on screen of my tablet started tearing. Here's a picture I took with my phone: http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b77/cptcrunch/2014-05-25205509.jpg. Screenshots taken from the tablet look normal. I've tried a factory reset, but the problem persists. So, I think it's probably the hardware.
In this video you can see the screen tear after I reboot the tablet. It usually doesn't freeze like you see in the video. Instead, I can still navigate home screens, notifications, settings, app drawer, etc. normally. But, the screen jumps around like you see in the video while it's booting up.

Do I need to replace the screen to fix this?
