is Nova App a malware??

Ok, I downloaded Nova like a month or 2 ago it was boring and i never plated it. I left it on my phone....
I cant uninstall the damn game.... and it runs on the background all the time i have to force close it and it doesnt let me uninstall....


also it doesnt appear on the market anymore...

Are you talking about Nova by Gameloft? No it is not malware, I wasn't aware it was ever on the market. Got to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications and you should be able to uninstall from there

edit: Didnt work i could only force stop it....it ask for permissions it dont even need like edit messages and read them and whatnot

I think it is actually a stock app on you phone, looks like a demo for Nova was added to stock apps for the Evo back in December...HTC Evo 4G getting an update, adds NOVA demo game, Swype if that is the case you would have to root to uninstall it.

Really i remember downloading the game though like a month or 2 ago....i found it real boring...but if it is a stock app im highly disappointed

Gotta love when OEM and carriers make bad decisions, I've got the blockbuster app stock, a "Social Networking" app that moto must have been smoking something before making as it just links to the twitter and facebook apps, VZ Navigator, and Skype. If only all phones came with a clean version of android and the end user could be given the freedom to choose what apps should or shouldn't be installed.
