Help is our phones hacked

Hi fellow Droid users
My wife and I have samsung galexy s4 phones. We recently got married. unfortunately I had a person in my life that didn't like it. This is going to sound absolutely crazy. This person new where we were at all times and new about conversation. I kinda figured out he somehow had our phones or at least one of our phones hacked. So we got new numbers. Now it seems like our phone is hacked again my wife's camera was turned on last night. And pictures of ourselves have been deleted from her phone. My question is how? These phones have never been in his presents. Also my wife just told me that things are all clicking by themselves. What can I do to these phones to stop him.

Go to the web on a pc, change both of your Gmail passwords (and any others he might have gotten) and then do a factory data reset on both phones.

With your Gmail passwords, he can install quite a bit from the web.


If you have Samsung accounts, change those passwords as well.
