Just wondering.

There are a bevy of sites with device size compare tools on the world wide web these days. You will find a variety of styles and differing measurements on different sites.

Here is a reliable, quick, and simple tool.

I've added the two devices in question along with your namesake as a point of reference for you

Your non specific question of thin-ness could refer to a number of measurable dimensions. It always helps to provide more detail when asking a visual question through text. I'm going to assume that you are looking for the 'depth' of the devices in 3 Dimensional space when facing the front of the device.

The link above shows that when looking at the front of the devices:
The HTC One has a depth of approx. ~9.3mm
Galaxy Note II has a depth of approx. ~9.7mm
LG Optimus M has a depth of approx. ~15.7mm

The HTC One is around the same depth of the Note II, however the One's uni-body chassis has been machine milled with a gentle curve that mirrors the natural curvature of the human hand. The device is specifically designed to fit well into the hand and be comfortable to hold. Along with this, the sharp corners of the front face and back face edges have been milled away to help provide a more easily gripped device. A vast majority of the internet based reviews have highly praised the cut and finish of the device when held in hand.
