Is the maxx selling out in your local stores, too?

This thing is sold out everywhere and has been for well over a week. We saw it go to backorder on the VZW site for a few days, too!

Is it selling out in your local area?

I picked up my DRM on 1/31. The VZW store I go to is one of the larger ones in the area. When I got it, they only had one other one left. Now, that was almost 2 weeks ago, and I don't know how their stock is now, but for them to only have 1 more left at the time, I think that shows the popularity of it. The tech even told me that they were flying off the shelves.

Local stores in my area were out of stock last week (since release day). One of the sales guys told me candidly that they had no idea when they would receive more stock as the response to the Maxx was completely unexpected.

So I went online - VZN's site indicated that they would be shipping for internet sales on 2-9 so I got an order in. Should be arriving tomorrow! They are still showing available as of this message time: RAZR MAXX

The razr max is sold out in every Verizon store in my city according to the sales rep I spoke with in the store. So I ordered my phone online.

The day I canceled my sprint contract, I called 4 stores before I found one. I was getting worried.

I called to check stock before going to my local Verizon store only to find they were out of stock when I got there. They directed me to another store 20 minutes away. That place had one, but when they tried to set up the SIM, there was something in the computer system that prevented it saying the phone was already contracted out (wasted half an hour on this). I had to go to a third store to finally get one.

The store I went to checked and said there wasn't one in a store within 500 miles (that was on Sunday).

We'll be unbox'ing two of them from FedEx at home tonight!

I think Moto hit the sweet spot in phones. I'm surprised that the press hasn't picked up on this!

I'm getting two shipped to my house tomorrow. I cannot wait. All of my local stores were out. I called six stores because I wanted the phone right then and there. I cannot wait!

It's sold out locally, but both VZW stores said they could have one delivered from the warehouse in 2 days.

I'm too impatient, found a great deal on eBay for a new Maxx for $600 shipped!
