Help Is the Moto G (2nd Gen) battery the internal memory?

or not?

Im thinking of replacing my phones battery for a new one.

My phones battery looks like someone teared the orange cord that was suppose to connect to something.

i have important stuff in this phone. im concerned and having hope. i enjoyed this phone.

Please feel free to anwser my question. All appreciate

It's not completely clear what you are asking, apart from the question in the title. But that one is easy: the battery is a battery, not a memory device. The phone's internal storage is soldered to the motherboard.

Thank you!. I thought the memory (music, apps, data) was located in the battery. Now Im going to replace the battery for a new one.

Thanks again.
