Is there a Mapplication that does not use the GPS?

I need to find an application I can use if I already know where I am and don't really want the battery to waste itself on GPS. Is there an application that either doesn't use the GPS, or has some sort of toggle?

Yep, Google maps. I have my GPS turned off and I can still use the program.

Alright.... how do I do that?

Just turn the GPS off and it will locate you closest to the cell tower you are by or not at all.

Settings > Locations and Security > uncheck "Use GPS satellites."

From the homescreen, not within Google Maps.
