Is there a "modern" replacement for the moto-G 1?

Love this phone, and I'm actually thinking of getting yet another one, but I'd kind of like to get something that has newer hardware and such.

Is there a newer model (any manufacturer) that is about the same size (small enough for a working guy's pocket) and also has the magnetic flip case?

If you want to stay with the Moto G line, the Moto G4 Play is the smallest recent version but a little bigger then the 1st gen.

Here are 6 recent phones that are about the same size as the Moto G 1st gen with at least 1GB RAM and 16GB storage. Not many are that small today.
