Is there a Picture Manager app?

I am looking for an app that allows me to group and categorize my pictures on my HTC Incredible. I take a lot of pictures for different reasons and I want to be able to group them in different files/albums so I don't have to scroll through 400 pics to find the one I'm looking for.
Kinda like the idea of "My Documents" on a home computer. Create different folders and save pictures into those folders.

Is there something like this already? Is someone working on developing this?

Try Just Pictures.
There is the option to exclude not wanted folders and to sort the remaining folders.
