Is there a way i can setup an automatic file sync when I plug the phone to my PC?

I've given up on finding an automatic OTA sync for my photos so I figured since I plug my phone to the computer once a day anyways, why not just use that. I'd like to have a program that would automatically sync my photos/videos or a specified folder/directory to my computer. Is this possible?

I would also like to know something like this. That is the ONE thing I miss about my old Nokia

i downloaded doubletwist which i thought would accomplish this but it seems to only auto sync PC to phone but not phone to PC -_- in order to sync phone to PC you'll need to manually drag the item.

Not entirely automatic, but I loaded SwiftFTP on my Droid. At night before going to bed I make sure it has a WiFi connection and I start SwiftFTP.

On my laptop I have Goodsync installed and I have a sync profile set in it to bidirectionally sync my droid with a folder on my laptop. I have the sync scheduled for 12:05am so as long as I've remembered to start SwiftFTP the sync will happen automatically.
