Is There a Way to Automatically Remove the Navbar from Android Screenshots?

I've been wondering for awhile if there was an easier (hopefully automatic) way for my navigation bar to be cropped out from my Android screenshots. At the moment, I tap edit on the screenshot notification and crop it there (I'm running the latest Android P beta), then save it. That method works out okay, but is there some app out there that could do the cropping automatically when I take a screenshot?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Use Nova launcher. It gives you the option to hide it.
It is definitely worth the price for the prime version.

Yeah, a screenshot is just a copy of what was being sent to the graphics system at that time. It doesn't know the significance of any element of the image, so manually cropping is the only thing you can do.

So the "automatic" solution is not to have the nav bar on the display in the first place. There are a number of apps or hacks that let you put the phone into immersive mode, which will hide it in any app, as well as some launchers (such as Nova, named above, which let you hide it when on your home screen).
