Help Is there a way to change order of music/podcasts?

I have a Samsung Galaxy 3. I was able to rearrange the music/podcast order in my old Samsung phone, but cannot figure out how to do it on this phone. For example, sometimes I download a podcast, but the dates download out of order. Is it possible to rearrange them in order?
