Sooi I have a little sister who can't seem to leave my stuff alone and likes to cheat games I had gotten onto her multiple times fo4 trying to root my tablet when I didnt want it rooted and she says she tried to install something called lucky patcher I've heard of it but never actually looked into it she says she installed through an apk to cheat at lps world and now my tablet is soft-bricked it's stuck in an endless boot loop I'm pretty tech-savvy and know that you can fix a Boot loop by booting into recovery mode and factory resetting it however I have multiple games that I have made purchases on that don't have whispersync or restore purchases and minecraft worlds that I want to recover does anyone know a way I can recover my boot loop without factory reset or clearing the dalvik cache?

Yes, but Only if you have a custom recovery (like TWRP).. And clearing dalvik won't ever hurt anything, so it's OK to try it. Sounds like ur sis broke the play store, some OS's refuse to play games or even boot when Playstore breaks..

I think only the Moderators can erase threads, but I've already sent them a msg to remove it. No hate involved, Lol

Sorted.

OP, if you manage to sort your tablet, it might be an idea to change the PIN on it so your sister can't access your stuff.

I did do that there's a guest mode that I can't turn off and she still somehow seems to find a way to install apps and apks

When you state that, "...there's a guest mode that I can't turn off..." do you mean you don't know how or that there's something actually preventing you from just disabling Guest Mode?
The problem isn't Guest Mode itself anyway, as even if your sister where to log into her own Google account and install whichever apps, anything she does is relative only to Guest Mode. Your own, primary account isn't affected by anything she does in Guest Mode.
What you need to do is set up or change your lock screen to prevent her from even accessing your tablet anymore.

The way the tablet works is that the system does not allow me to turn guest mode off and I can't lock guest mode and guest mode actually does let you install things however it deletes browser tabs passwords accounts and pictures but it keeps everything else

She's probably messed up the system software trying to root and install this (extremely dodgy) app. In which case the best bet is to find out out to reinstall the system completely, which will overwrite everything she has done. How you do this, and how easy it is to find the software, will depend on the manufacturer (ranges from dead easy for a Samsung to impossible for some unbranded budget outfits).

All a reset does is wipe data. It doesn't undo system changes.

Hmm.. May have possibly been an RO (only) system.

Taking into consideration your sister has complete access to do whatever she wants even while in Guest Mode and your tablet's instability, you should think about just flashing the ROM. Since she may or may not have rooted it, or at least rooted it properly, that's not something that can be turned off or even by doing a Factory Reset. A Factory Reset only wipes the data partition, it does nothing to the operating system. To un-root or fix a corrupted operating system you need to flash the ROM.
You can download a ROM from here, Updato is a valid source for stock Samsung ROMs. Pick the ROM that exactly matches your Tab E model and your carrier.
https://updato.com/firmware-archive-select-model?exact=1&q=GALAXY Tab E
On the download page of the ROM you've selected there are basic instructions on what to steps to do to flash it.

Edit -- Forgot to add, once you get your tablet working again be sure to set up a lock screen first, then only let your sibling very judiciously.
