First off, I love PixelPipe's purpose. It's an awesome idea to be able to upload and post videos from my Droid to various places on the web.
Here's the problem. It's super-unreliable!! I have to monitor the PixelPipe website just to make sure my videos are going through (usually to Facebook).
Sometimes the videos never get uploaded to Pixelpipe in the first place. The other day I made two videos. On my phone, they both say they were uploaded, but on Pixelpipe, only the 2nd one ever showed up.
Lately, I've been wanting to post videos to facebook and after I realize it's been too long of a wait, i check pixelpipe to find that it says there was an error sending to facebook because of a "unsupported video file format". I click re-post and sometimes it does the same, but a third attempt usually goes through successfully.
Anyway, you get the point. I know this isn't a pixelpipe support forum, but it's probably the closest I could get to actually getting any help. I've never received ANY help through Pixelpipe's support link...
