Is there an Android app like Activator on the iPhone?

I'm hoping some one is familiar with Activator so I don't have to explain what it does.

Well the nice thing about Android, multi tasking is built into the os. It handles memory management smoothly and if you push and hold your hold button you will see that a pop up window will appear. In this window will be a list of all the apps recently used or activated as you use it.
Unlike the iPhone that became extremely unstable when jailbroke and multi tasking apps installed and used. Having had one jailbroke since they first sold the 3g I know from were I speak on that. Loved the phone but hated the lake of such things as multi tasking. Nuff said there.
Push and hold your home button for the window to appear.

It sounds like you are thinking of Backgrounder which is not the same as Activator at all.
