Well if its already recorded, there's not much you can really do. The damage has been done.
However, I'm not aware of a video recorder that can really control the mic level, which would certainly help. But unfortunately, since its only a phone mic, its going to be overpowered pretty easily in situations like a concert where there is tons of noise.
