Question from a newbie: Is there an App for getting VPN on an Android phone?
For context to my question, I am well aware of the phone settings where those who have access to a VPN (e.g. corporate users) can identify their VPN for login. Also that there are VPN services that one can subscribe to and would serve as the equivalent of a corporate VPN.
Since I'm only a casual user of public WiFi spots I am hoping there would be an app for this. I've of course searched the Android Market, but I get lost reviewing what is available.
My point of reference is HotSpot-Shield, which I've just installed on my laptop. It allows me to invoke it for connecting via VPN when using public WiFi spots (Hotspot Shield - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com).
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
