is there an app that 2 way syncs with google documents?

I am searching for an app that will 2 way sync with google documents. I use docs, but it will not allow editing on the phone to sync with the desktop version. Is there an app that allows this? Thanks in advance for your help.

I use Gdocs often. It syncs quite well with online docs, and does allow editing on phone.
