is there an App to Time lapse a recorded video on android?

so i made a 44 minute long video about me drawing a manga character and i want to time lapse it to 3 minutes plus. is there an app to do this? also i prefer that i can mute the original sounds and add music on it. im gonna present this for my birthday this april 30. thank you!
