That will allow me to see me homescreen while cropping to set a wallpaper. like I can see how the wallpaper will appear on my homescreen. When trying to set up certain wallpapers and trying to align it perfectly so a widget or something fits perfectly on it, this would be really useful. Is there anything like this out there?

Do you have any experience with GIMP or Photoshop? For your phone, the wallpaper(960x800) moves roughly 68 pixels per screen for a 7 screen setup. Otherwise, I don't know of an app that can do this.
