Is there an app???

Is there an app or is it Possible for someone to have access to your sgh t959 cell phone on their lap top with out you knowing allowing them to access all your data, photos, read your texts and email, without you ever having your phone physically connected to their computer? If there is what is it called and how do I find it and remove it from their computer so that my privacy is not invaded and all my everything being viewed and copied by this person? Pleas help as I am computer challenged and he is a master when it comes to the computer????

There are many programs that do this, however to use it is very difficult, and to remove it from someone elses computer is difficult as well. Someone with lots of Android experience would only be able to do it though. There isn't much that can be done about it I'm afraid. I did find this article however:
