Is there an auto speakerphone app that disables when Bluetooth is enabled??

Is there an app out there that will allow for automatic speakerphone on phone calls with an option to disable speakerphone when bluetooth is activated? Reason being I've had them in the past but when I'm paired to my hands free in my vehicle via Bluetooth I want to use that instead of the speakerphone and in the past the apps that I've used that activate speakerphone as default override the BT and you're driving around talking on your phone's speakerphone wondering why the phone won't let the BT hand off the call to the hands free unit. Anyone know of an app or a way to accomplish this? I like my phone in speakerphone unless I'm on BT/handsfree and get tired of waiting to talk until I hit the button on the screen to activate speakerphone.
