Is there an unversal stylus pen that can be used as a remote?

I like the new Note 9's s-pen that can be used as a remote. I wonder if there are any universal s-pens that can do the same for other phones?

nope bevause its a sensor and 2018 phone.
it wont work on phone without sensor e.g an old android 2.3 phone using dual camera it cant work
