Is there any app that make a sound when a phone & ipad are separated?

Greetings:

I am an air head and usually forget my Samsung Galaxy S2 or my iPad 2 somewhere. So far I am lucky, I usually forget them at work. I wonder if there is any app that make use of the phone and iPad Bluetooth capability such that it will sound or chirp when the phone and the ipad are out of range. Or is there any Bluetooth device that can do the same function and can be paired to a phone or ipad?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My cheap BT headphones beep three or four times when they are about to disconnect. I'll take that to mean when they are out of range.

Not sure who made mine. I asked the Best Buy salesman for the cheapest pair of BT headphones they had. They seem to work better than a pair of 150.00 Bose phones.

Thank you for your help.

I have a Motorola headset class 1 therefore the range is too long to used in this case.
I end up buying this bluetooth bracelet instead. It seems to be more convenient than the Zomm keychain type.
